Recent Workshop:

Moderation and Personal Fitness in Paganism

A workshop at Pantheacon in San Jose, CA

Modern Paganism has widely criticized mainstream monotheisms for their
denigration of the human body and physical pleasure.  Often, however, this has
been translated into hedonism which may struggle to find boundaries appropriate
to physical and emotional fitness and balance.  This presentation looks at some
ancient Pagan conceptions of moderation, athletic endeavor, and physical fitness
and considers their contemporary relevance.

Held on Saturday, February 16, 2008,  at 9:00 pm, at the four-day event held at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose.\

Watch this page for CD version of this presentation.

Distance learning materials:

and "Elements of Pagan Druidism" (7 CDs)
